Delete your account.

You can ask for your TASKjiq account to be deleted from here, without installing the app. We will email a confirmation code to the address on the account, because only the person who can read that mailbox should be able to do this.

What gets deleted

Everything on the account

Tasks, notes, documents and their uploaded files, events, scratchpad pages, projects, tags, list sharing, your profile and your account itself. It cannot be undone once it happens.

  • Seven days to change your mind. Nothing is removed straight away. Your account is scheduled for deletion in 7 days and you are signed out everywhere. We email you now, again the day before, and once more when it is done.
  • You can stop it at any point in that week, from the link in the email or by signing in to the app and cancelling from the account screen.
  • Subscriptions bought through the App Store or Google Play are not cancelled by this. Cancel those in the store as well, or they keep renewing. A subscription billed through Stripe is cancelled for you.
