Terms
Who provides TASKjiq
TASKjiq - the apps, the web app at my.taskjiq.app, the sync service and this site - is a
product of
GT3 Custom SoftDesign.
When these terms say "TASKjiq", "we" or
"us", they mean GT3 Custom SoftDesign, the party you enter into these terms with.
Terms
Using the site and service
These terms apply to the TASKjiq presentation site and the TASKjiq product and services made available through it, which are provided by GT3 Custom SoftDesign.
By using the site, creating an account, or purchasing paid features, you agree to use the service lawfully and in a way that does not interfere with other users or the operation of the platform.
Terms
Accounts and accuracy
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide for your account and for keeping your login methods secure.
- Do not impersonate another person or organization.
- Do not try to access accounts, data, or service areas that are not yours.
- Notify TASKjiq if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
You may not use TASKjiq to send spam, attack the service, scrape protected data, abuse public forms, or violate applicable law.
TASKjiq may suspend or restrict access when needed to protect the service, users, infrastructure, or legal compliance obligations.
Terms
Your content and service materials
You retain your rights to the content you create or upload into TASKjiq. TASKjiq retains all rights to the software, branding, site content, and service materials unless stated otherwise.
You give TASKjiq the limited permission required to host, process, sync, secure, and display your content in order to provide the service you requested.
Terms
The software and where it comes from
TASKjiq is proprietary software. You may install and use it on your devices under these terms. You may not copy it except as the store you got it from allows, modify it, reverse engineer it, or redistribute it.
TASKjiq is distributed through the Apple App Store, Google Play, the Microsoft Store, Flathub and taskjiq.app. Flathub builds the Linux version from the release we publish and redistributes it to its users; we grant Flathub and its mirrors the permission needed to do so. Getting the app from a store does not change these terms, and nothing in a store’s own terms gives you more rights to the software than these do.
Terms
Plans, billing, and availability
TASKjiq is free to use on one device. Paid plans unlock features such as multi-device sync and AI helpers.
Features, plan limits, and pricing may change over time. If a paid plan changes materially, the public pricing page and billing communications should reflect that change before renewal or continued purchase where applicable.
Prices are shown in euro with VAT included. A plan bought through the App Store or Google Play is charged at the local price the store sets for your country, which can differ slightly with local taxes and currency.
Terms
Service changes and interruptions
TASKjiq works to keep the service available and reliable, but uptime is not guaranteed. Maintenance, updates, or external service failures can cause interruptions.
The site and service may evolve over time, including changes to features, layouts, and technical requirements.
If you have a question about these terms, use the contact page or write to info [at] taskjiq. app.
